Scam, received a knockoff
I bought a pair of earbuds and I received a cheap knockoff pair. How can I contact e Bay for help? I tried everything and I really need to get in contact with them so they won’t be able to scam other people.

select "Item doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
eBay are unlikely to penalise a seller from one complaint but if you want to contact them you can ask them to call you - here:
