Scam on a cancelation

The seller cancel the order with a false reason. He says that there are a problem with the address. There are no problem with the address. I always receive what I buy. I buy multiple itens each week. Nobody ever contact me about the address
The buyer didn t get the price he wants and give a malicious reason. He didn t contact me about the address. 0 messages and he says there are a problem after cancel my order
Where are the Ebay policies about that????? It s a scam

Mentor6 months agoBut he may have worried when he saw your account is registered in Portugal. The price may have been a part of it too. Unfortunately ebay won't do anything about it.

Mentor6 months agoIf eBay provided the buyer with a UK address to post your item, then yes, it was wrong of the seller to cancel, but eBay cannot make a seller post out an item if they do not wish to.
Selecting ' Problem with Buyer's Address' means they will not receive any defect on their account.
All you can do if you wish, is to contact CS explain there is nothing wrong with your address, and you were very disappointed not to receive your item. You will not know of any action if any CS will take, but they may place a defect on the seller's account for not completing a transactions.
