Scam customers

Question

Is anyone else having issues with buyers who claim they haven't had an item so you send another, then they claim that didnt arrive and request a refund. I'm having so many I've cleared all my listings

As you are a private seller and presumably using Simple Delivery, why do you not have proof of tracked delivery?

From the Brand New items you list, you should be registered as a. business seller, instead of avoiding fees and not giving buyers the protection given by buying from Business sellers

If you send items untracked you will get claims of non receipt and yiu have no evidence that they are false.
