Scam
I've ordered a perfume, got the confirmation email and number however it was due yesterday and was no tracking for it so cancelled it completely. Today I've followed the link amd the perfumes been taken down and Its saying the seller has to approve the request for me to get my momeh back however cant even contact them. What can I do?

If they are still active, if it was due yesterday, you can open a case for item not received this way, no need to contact the seller.
Go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
If the seller has been removed, or you can see ' unregistered user' on their account, you need to contact Customer Services for your refund.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
