I recently sold a Samsung smart watch . It was working fine when I posted it off. The buyer is saying it won't connect to her phone . She also said it didn't come with a box but I didn't say it did

Mentor1 week agoListing showed a box, so buyer would expect one.
If buyer opens item not as described case, issue returns label and refund in full on return.
