Had a concern over a Classified advert where the seller had all my information as part of the process to enquire about a vehicle being sold. I phoned an ebay number provided for the van 5 times over 10 hours and no reply from seller. Messaged 3 times and still no reply. Ebay would not contact seller or investigate to see if a scammer or anything not right, yet seller has my details ie full name, email address, contact number and postcode but ebay dont give a *bleep*. Advice- Just use Bidding or buy now options and dont use classified ads, yet its their site but they dont care about customer safety issues. DISSAPPOINTING EBAY!!!!!! AND TO BE CUT OFF AND DISMISSED WITH 22 YEARS USING THIS SITE.
