Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Age Verification

Just started selling recently and sold an item with Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Age Verification selected. However when I went to print label this option was not available and I had to pay double the postage cost with UPS. Why is this option available ? How do I complain to ebay or it not worth the bother??

Thank you for reaching out.

UPS is currently the only age-verified postage option available to purchase directly through the eBay platform. While the Royal mail option is not available through eBay it can be purchased through their site.
