Royal Mail refused order posting
I send a front bumper by Royal Mail simple delivery service but they refused to pick it up for posting, the post office staff advised I use DPD for posting. Am new to this, good people kindly advise me on what to do🙏

Mentor1 week agoYour items are not suitable for Royal mail, Parcelforce may take them.
However you should upgrade to business seller as you are clearly dismantling cars to sell parts.
When correctly upgraded you choose your own courier.

Mentor1 week agoYou should probably just pay to post it by DPD.
The alternative is to cancel (which gives you a defect) and relist with the right postage.
