Royal Mail locker scam possibly?

Royal Mail locker drop off.

I recently bought an item here and seller used the RM locker drop off option. He dropped it off on a Sunday evening and today is Thursday and yet there’s no movement from the tracking and only saying “ we are expecting it”. I think 4 days is too much for it for to be scanned. The seller has ZERO feedbacks so I’m worried if this is a known scam. Any advice appreciated thanks

A scam means you may lose money. When you can get a full refund using the correct procedure within 30 days of estimated delivery, it can hardly be a scam.

There is no scam. 1 day after estimated delivery date open item not received case. Escalate on day 4 if no item or refund. Unless seller can prove delivery, they or ebay will refund you.
