Royal mail issues Unable to Attempt Delivery
Hi peeps
Ive got an issue with Royal mail ( suprisingly ) tracking number states its out for delivery on Monday this week i thought great the buyer would get there parcel on that day, at about 4.30 pm tracking states that Unable to Attempt Delivery, The following day Tuesday its out for delivery again and its still out for delivery now ( Friday ) and no more updates with the tracking, the buyer has opened a item not received case which i understand, i used the simple delivery postage through Ebay, What is the outcome likley to be on this as ive sent the parcel and it states Royal mail has the parcel as it was out for delivery?
