my item is too big for Royal mail to send/collect, i hadn't realised this and it only became an issue when my item sold. looked like I had entered the dimensions incorrectly. There is no option to chose a different courier from here. So i had to ask the buyer to cancel the sale, then i changed the dimensions to make sure this didn't happen again. Now it's happened again, exactly the same with the same item.i'm wondering if there is some glitch that defaults the dimensions to the biggest royal mail can handle?Any thoughts?
