Royal Mail failed to collect my parcel , this has caused unacceptable delays for my buyer , Is there anyway to recover postage cost.

OP3 weeks agoYes, but they seemed almost disinteredted when I complained, intimating that it eould take 3-5 working days for my complaint to be even looked at. Not encouraging.
