Royal Mail declined to pick and deliver order

I chose simple delivery to sell my products, buyers already paid to eBay, Royal Mail came but declined to pick the items due to size. They advised using Parcel force. But I couldn’t change the delivery option because it was already paid for. The buyers have opened up chats with eBay that orders not received. I wanted to do a personal delivery to the one nearby but the buyer said it was too late, Want me to cancel. I couldn’t communicate with eBay, but gave until 19th to resolve these issues. Please cancel someone advise me on best steps to take.

Mentor1 month agoIf your buyer has opened an item not received claim you'll see a 'Refund' button there. Use that to cancel and refund.
