Royal Mail continuous late deliveries
After 18 years of sending all of our items by Royal Mail 2nd class, we have just just breached the 'Late Delivery Rate' and our account is at risk of being downgraded to Above Standard. As many of our items are very low value - below £3.50, we cannot afford to send by 1st class post and buyers don't want to pay for postage on low value items.
On the more detailed report regarding the late deliveries some of the orders have against them 'Postal courier indicated late delivery' what does this mean, as our items are not sent tracked, so don't understand this comment. Can anyone explain!

Mentor6 months agoMakes nonsense, without tracked proof of late delivery, the only way ebay could pick it up would be through the DSRs left with feedback.
The delivery DSR is 4.9, which is at an acceptable level.
