Royal Mail collection is STILL not a selectable option even 8 weeks after I tried to point this out
This is really a terrible update to the site. I have tried several times to set up the collection/label print option and there is nothing there. Your mentors and AI chat have all told me its there so I have screengrabbed the site to prove it.
For theloveofgod! PLEASE Fix this or give us back the ability to take it down the post office ourselves like the old times!!
I also suspect the HMRC threats have meant you guys at Ebay have lost a lot of money here in the UK.

Mentor6 months agoIt's not something you set up when listing.
If your buyer has selected Royal Mail and bought a label, when you go to download it you can then select if you want your item to be collected.

OP6 months agoThats a really terrible way to run the site.
For one thing its not in any of the above sections. Secondly what happens if the buyer dont select the option at check-out? It needs to be part of the listing page.
I will even add, if I pay the postage and bump the price accordngly, I cannot now post this via my local post office - simple delivery wants me to go through their process instead.
