Royal Mail collection
I sold an item on 08/07/2025 the buyer paid for the postage and I arranged a collection by Royal Mail for yesterday received an email from them saying collection would be between 8am and 8pm no one arrived, at 9.30pm I arranged another collection for today, I received an email saying they would pickup today between 12.15 and 2.15!! Again they haven’t picked up the item, I don’t know what to do now!! Any ideas?

Mentor1 month agoTake to post office or delivery office, relying on collections which do not happen will get you defects for late dispatch/delivery.
