Royal mail collect from home address
Hi everyone,
I’m a seller based in a rural area and I normally use Royal Mail for sending items.
Does anyone know how to properly activate Royal Mail’s home collection service? When I book a collection, everything appears to go through, I get the date and confirmation but the postal worker never seems to receive the instruction and the parcel isn’t collected.
If anyone has experience with this or knows how to get the service working reliably, I’d really appreciate your help.
