royal mail collect 3 January who put a label on the box but not showing on ebay
Royal mail collected my simple delivery parcel and applied a label in my presence, but it is not showing on my ebay account as dispatched - what can I do/

Mentor6 months agoSee if you can still open the label - Get prepaid label or Get another label > Get prepaid label and QR code. That will mark it as dispatched. If the tracking doesn't update the payment will be held for 14 days but you will get it.
