One tip, never message the buyer to ask if the item has arrived, they will soon tell you if a reasonable time has passed , and the item is missing.
Did you use Simple Delivery? Then, no worries . IF the item doesn't arrive, the buyer opens a case for this, eB ay refund them, and you the seller get to keep the payout for the item.
That does happen from time to time and when it does your payment may be held for 14 days and then released to you as long as the buyer has not opened a "not received" case. If you don't hear from them assume they have got the item.
If item is lost and they open a case, as long as you used the Simple Delivery postage label ebay will issue the refund and you keep the payment.
