Royal Mail
Royal Mail collected an eBay sold parcel from my property, but I have now received an email saying the collection could not be fulfilled. The parcel is no longer in my possession. The eBay order shows tracking number VU480922673GB. How can I investigate the collection/tracking and ensure a note is made on the order that the parcel was physically collected.

Mentor2 weeks agoI just checked that tracking number and it says 'Item Coll failure- No Action (System Generated)'.
This is something you'll need to contact Royal Mail about.

OP2 weeks agoThank you I have contacted them but it’s so slow and I have no proof to send to my buyer 😕
