Royal Mail
Hello- I have tried 6-10 times to “book a free collection” with Royal Mail for an order. It goes through successfully with a date and time but the post man never collects. Each time the post man has turned up (on usual rounds) I have asked “are you due to pick up this collection today?” and he says “no”.
This has happened over multiple orders. Any solutions on how to get this service to work?

Mentor4 months agoUnderstand that there is an additional small fee (? 30 pence) payable for RM Home collections --- so, not free. Recheck on Royal Mail/collection website.
