Rouge Trader
I have a trader who has sold me faulty goods. He says he will refund me and to bin the item (his words). He has not refunded me and I don't think he has any intention of doing so. He does not accept refunds and the system for complaint on Ebay is useless; there is nobody to speak to. Can anyone out there advise me as to what to do please?

Mentor2 months agoYou should have used Ebay's money back guarantee.
If it's less than 30 days since you received the item, you still can, unless you have binned the item.
