Roberts Radio bought from EBAY
I am trying to get in to my EBAY account and for some reason it does not recoginize my password. Last week I bought a Roberts radio. It was delivered on 25 September. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, I found that it did not have a lead. I used a lead from another Roberts radio, which seemed to fit but there was no life in it. It must be quite old as it does not have a FM button. I need to return it but cannot get into my EBAY site. Please can you help me? Gerri

Click on your feedback score 977 that will bring you to your feedback profile from there you can access My eBay and all aspects of your account.
If it is asking you to log in again and not recognising your password, click on ' 'Forgotten Password' you'll be asked some security questions and a new password will be sent to your email.
