robbed by eBay and the seller it seems.

I purchased something from a seller. I got confirmation of the order also got sent a tracking link. the link says is having difficulty finding my order.
its not showing in my other purchases. the seller has taken his money and when I have chased the item he says he sold it to someone else.
I can't report this to eBay as the is not showing on my purchases. how can they send a tracking email and a confirmation email and then say they can't find the order. I even have the order number. The seller is ignoring my emails
can anyone help?
