RM Home collection should be free(?)
A strange one, only recently started selling again after pausing to let SD bugs get ironed out... in the past RM home collection has worked well for me, 30p saves me a car journey, so tried it with an item (large letter) which went fine, no extra charge for collection. For another item I've downloaded from ebay and printed a label for delivery (small parcel), been charged 30p for collection by RM? Not exactly ruinous but doesn't instil confidence in ebay. Wondered what I'm missing somewhere? Ideas welcome!

You can book a home collection with Royal Mail when generating your prepaid label directly through eBay. The label will be brought to you when your item is being collected.
