Ripped off again
Had it now with ebay. Again I have received items not as described by the seller. I cant find a refund button. As clearly ebay have taken it off. I have other items im waiting on. But thats it then, I wont ever use this site again. Disgusting site allows sellers to lie about having genuine things and they are all knock off. They clearly know this aswell as why have they taken off the refund button. Also I wont go out my way to send items back. Post offices in the uk dont give out free envelopes etc. This is apparent brita pro filters... obviously not.

Always best to fully checkout your sellers, for example, if a private seller has very large stocks of brand new DVD then that's a red flag.

Mentor6 months agoThere is no 'refund' button available for a buyer to use, a seller would make a refund, not a buyer.
If you've received an item that isn't as described then you can open an eBay return and receive a full refund. Your seller pays for the return cost.
