the postage is heavily discounted as ive found out the hard way many times, now i will just tell the buyer to pay more or cancel the transaction , also when calling for advice which takes hrs through live chst garbage then get told there looking into it
you can understand why sellers are leavin the platform, complete joke

Mentor2 weeks agoI'm also going to reiterate what everyone else is saying - you don't have to use eBay postage. You can select your own shipping methods and prices.

OP2 weeks agowell that doesnt really work if your selling items overseas and it costs 10x price booking outside of ebay
eg bumper to usa £150 through ebay, outside of ebay with ups £450!
also the system is 80's garbage technology, you cant actually get a price for shipping until you actually sell the item! how stupid is that! the way the site is run is defo not int he sellers interest

Mentor2 weeks agoI see that it has already been pointed out that you do not have to use ebay postage, so complaining about a service you do not have to use seems a bit pointless.
Buy direct from Royal Mail.
