So tell me who thinks this is fair I signed up to eBay’s pay per click marketing

I sold £1200 +of items my bill to eBay was £1235

how the heck can they get away with this surely that’s an illegal term in a contract when I’m working fir them making a loss I’ve reported eBay to trading standards I’ve noticed their consumer rating is less than 2 stars
