Ridiculous appeal ruling by eBay.......
What is going on with eBay. I had a listing refused as they said it doesn't comply with EU safety regs. The item is the safety glasses supplied with the Laser Pecker, LP2, laser. There are many listed as it is, so why are they not flagged? The protective eyewear supplied by LaserPecker for the LP2 is designed to meet the strict conformity requirements for eye protection, which are compliant with PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425. I appealed the AI refusal and they came back and said it doesn't comply...which is obviously complete bs. They say I can take it to court and have them over-rule their decision if not happy. It's very easy for them to research this, so how did they come up with that rubbish?...and as I said, have approved amany listings for LP lasers, which all have these glasses. I have several of their machines and used the glasses for years. No damage indicated in my eye tests for reading glasses either. Anyone else had this ridiculous refusal?
