Revision of feedback
I have a feedback revision request that I tried to act on but ebay tells me the item is not recognised. how do I get around this I tried putting in order no but same result.

Mentor10 months agoI take it that you're trying to submit a feedback revision request to the buyer who left a neg for the Elisabeth II coin set with Churchill Crown?
If so, the item sold on 11th October so it may already be too late to submit a feedback revision request. The time limit is 30 days from the date the feedback was issued.

Mentor10 months agoIt might be the device or browser you are using. If the app or mobile browser , switch if you can to a laptop / PC and try Chrome, that seems to work well with eBay and try from there.
