Hello,
I would like to report a seller and request a review of a closed return case.
I purchased two chairs as a guest purchase, The chairs arrived in the incorrect colour and were therefore not as described. I returned the items and received only a partial refund. The return postage cost has not been reimbursed.
Please review the seller’s handling of this return and advise regarding reimbursement of the return postage costs.
I can provide proof of postage and tracking information.
