Reverse life Marine Collagen
Anyone else bought "Reverse Life Marine Collagen" ....I've taken a different brand for years and thought I would try this....but there's no way this is palliative. I think it's a scam but they don't accept returns but yet covered by guaranteed money back?

MentorJul 20, 2026 at 11:17 AMI would only ever buy anything that you ingest or put on your skin from a UK registered business seller or the brands own website. There could be any old junk in that product.

MentorJul 20, 2026 at 11:00 AMIf the item is not as described, you feel it's not the real thing, then just open a case for the return and refund, this way:
If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, the seller cannot refuse to refund you.
Go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select Return this item. Select the reason Item Not as Described >> Does Not Match Description or Photos. The seller needs to either refund you in 3 days, or issue a pre paid return label for the return of their item. Once the item is received, they have 48 hours to refund you.
If this doesn't happen, you need to escalate to eBay, eBay step in and force the refund.
Listen to no excuses or promises from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.

MentorJul 20, 2026 at 11:36 AMJust so that you understand properly, you cannot ask ebay to step in until you have opened a proper return case, then if seller does respond within 3 days, THEN on day four you can ask ebay to step in.

OPJul 20, 2026 at 11:45 AMI already did that.The seller closed the return 2 .5 hours after. There is nowhere to get eBay to step in which makes it even more sustainable that it's a scam seller As said I have reported them
