Question

Anyone else bought "Reverse Life Marine Collagen" ....I've taken a different brand for years and thought I would try this....but there's no way this is palliative. I think it's a scam but they don't accept returns but yet covered by guaranteed money back?

You don't report seller. You open item not as described case as @tressygirl replied.

I would only ever buy anything that you ingest or put on your skin from a UK registered business seller or the brands own website. There could be any old junk in that product.

If the item is not as described, you feel it's not the real thing, then just open a case for the return and refund, this way:

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, the seller cannot refuse to refund you.

Go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select Return this item. Select the reason Item Not as Described >> Does Not Match Description or Photos. The seller needs to either refund you in 3 days, or issue a pre paid return label for the return of their item. Once the item is received, they have 48 hours to refund you.

If this doesn't happen, you need to escalate to eBay, eBay step in and force the refund.

Listen to no excuses or promises from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.
