returns to a different country than the purchase
I bought an item and it was not the size I needed so asked to return it and it was agreed. It was bought from the supplier in the UK but the return said I had to send it to Canada at almost the cost of the actual item. This is not acceptable as a return offer.

Mentor7 months agoDo not be fobbed off if the item location on the listing had a UK address, it goes back there not to Canada.
Returning an item for the reason ' doesn't fit' you do pay for that return tracked postage, but to the UK!
Go right of the item in your Purchase History from More Actions drop down menu select Return this Item, reason >> Doesn't Fit , and follow case instructions.
