Returns query
Hello
I ordered two duvet cover sets which I need to return due to the material they are made from. They are from the same order, but I can only fill in the returns information for each separately. I am returning them via the Royal Mail and have two different QR codes. Can they be posted in the same package or do I have to return them in two packages? As I have to pay for the return postage, does this mean that the cost of the two returns will be deducted from my refund amount?

Mentor6 months agoEven if they came together it is safer for you to send back separately. That means two sets of postage but better than losing the value of one item. You wouldn't have proof both were returned if you sent them together.
