RETURNS MADE BUT NO REFUND
Hie Community,
I returned and item and tracker shows it was delivered but ebay step in is not working for me; it tells me the item is on its way . time is expiring . the Seller is not responding neither. What can I do?

Mentor4 months agoAre you trying to escalate, to ask eBay to step in a little too soon perhaps?
Once tracking shows delivery back to the seller , it gives them 48 hours to refund you, and that is timed to the second.
Only when that period lapses, the option to escalate appears, eBay step in and force the refund.
If there are still difficulties after, contact Customer Services.
Contacting eBay Customer Services it's not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
