returns label
I haven't got a clue how to send my buyer a return label. Ive tried looking on the Royal Mail website for something about providing a buyer with a return label but no luck. Can somebody kindly explain to this 77 year old what I have to do..Thank you

You accept case and authorize label through it.
Only refund once item is returned.
