Returns Label
The seller has credited me in full, and they have been excellent to deal with. However, I can't print a return label. When I clicked on Print Label, there was no label to print. Please rectify.

Mentor11 months agoCorrect way is you open ebay case,seller provides returns label & only refunds on return.
If seller has refunded you, ebay assume they don't want item back, so case closes & label not available.
Politely contact seller and say "Happy to return item if they supply label or money for postage"
This can't be done through ebay, if you both use paypal they send money.
