Returns Error message
Seller will not help me with my damaged product until I complete the returns process but every time I click on return item I get an error message (something gone wrong it’s not you is us) and the seller will not help at all until I do this part of the return. Any ideas

Mentor2 weeks agoSounds like you've passed the 30 day timeframe for returning under eBay's 30 day MBG policy.
Try your payment provider now, for help with your refund.
