Returns closed?
I tried to return an item but then had to close the return as I couldn't print the label in time.
How do I open a new return? Every time try, it says return closed. I'm stuck with an item I don't want.

Mentor3 months agoYou cannot open another case if the case has timed out and closed as seems to have happened here.
Was this a faulty item, one not as described? Then, turn now to your payment provider for help with your refund.

OP2 months agoThe item was supposed to arrive after 3 days but took a month. Because it
was a book I tried to cancel it and bought it locally. By the time it
arrived I had read the book. I haven't even opened the envelope eBay sent.

Mentor3 months agoSorry but you can only open one return per transaction. You could try contacting ebay. On rare occasions they have been known to reopen a closed case. You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:

If they can't help you could try reselling it yourself.

OP2 months agoIt all worked out brilliantly, in a matter of moments. A quick call from
them and my case has been reopened and hopefully the return will be
processed soon.
