I sent a parcel to ebays gsp to be sent to france. I got an email few weeks later from someone who received it in Portugal. I told the customer in France to start a dispute so he did. I couldn't add the tracking info to the dispute as I had already put the tracking info on the order. I then got charged for the refund even though I proved that the parcel arrived at the GSP location and had proof that the Parcel was in Portugal. I then tried to get in touch with someone at ebay to have a manual review or something to be looked at again but got no reply to an email I sent to customer service. I can't find a number anywhere for them and if I did I'm sure they would be useless. What am I supposed to do as I am out £120 and the cost to make the item all because Ebay made a mistake.
