Returns and refunds:
2 items i sold were mixed up and sent to wrong buyers, then returned to me. Buyers still wanted items so I re posted original items to correct buyers who have received them, but it's still showing on my sales as I still need to refund the buyers even though they have now received the items , what do I do?

Mentor6 months agoI'm presuming cases are still open from these 2 buyers?
You can send them a message if they would kindly close their case as the correct items have now been received.
If they don't, the cases will just time out and expire, hopefully that no action to escalate is made.
