Supplier sent the wrong size. Initiated a return through ebay who supplied the returns postage label. Ebay initiated the refund 13th July. Post office attempted delivery and message on P.O. tracking website says "Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 14-07-2026 as the recipient is no longer at that address. We're returning the item to the sender" The item arrived back to me yesterday and I don't want it.

As long as tracking shows attempted delivery, escalate case to ebay, they will sort refund.

Mentor2 weeks agoAttempted delivery is enough to get you a refund but you will probably need to let ebay know.
