i bought an item in september 25 only for it to pack up not long after the seller replaced the item which was great but now the replacement has stopped working & i've messaged the seller but they are ignoring me the item has a 3 year warranty so i am within my rights to ask for a replacement/refund
i tried going through ebay but can't speak to anyone human

Mentor2 months agoEbay's 30 day money back guarantee only applies to the initial purchase and not the replacement.
Ebay won't help with this.
