Hi,

I requested a return for an item I purchased, packaged and tried a locker box. It didn’t have a shelf large enough for the item, so it wasn’t posted. However I got emailed “confirmation” that it had been sent, so cancelled the parcelforce collection from the locker and eBay won’t let me open a return.

Any help appreciated,

You'll have to contact ebay and see what they say. You can ring them or request they ring you on your phone only, not on a laptop or PC.
