Returns
I bought a canada goose coat advertised as new, and a small.
However when the coat arrived their was marks on the sleeves and the sizing in side was labeled as a medium.
I contacted ebay and informed them of this and asked for a full refund, the coat has been returned to the seller and nearly a week later im asking why I have not been refunded my money, never again will I bhy from ebay 100% guarantee is a joke.

·5 months agoHopefully, you opened a return through Ebay and used the label supplied by the seller to send the coat back.
Once the seller has the item back - as shown by the tracking on the case - they have 48 hours to refund you.
If they don't, you have to go back to the case and ask Ebay to step in.
As long as there is a case, tracking was added to the case, and the seller got the item back more than 48 hours ago, Ebay will make the seller refund you.

Mentor5 months agoDid you return via an offical ebay return case, and did you use the return postage label supplied via ebay? If so you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days to get your refund. So when that time has passed go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
