Returns
Hi, bought a splitter for car within the 30 days, went to fit it and before even drilling its not gonna fit. Contacted seller about return because of fit, they didn't accept returns but not for dodgy fit items and now they've rejected the return and case closed without any other reason. Returns i understand if not wanted but if not suitable for purpose why am I being stung and looks like ebay washed hands of it .. any ideas

Mentor6 months ago"Doesn't fit" is classed as change of mind (probably more with clothes in mind) which sellers can refuse. You should have used "Not as described". Contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.

Mentor6 months agoIf the seller does not accept Returns on their listing, then opening a case for the reason ' does not fit' the seller can reject this return.
Only for a faulty item , or one that is not as described, would this over ride their No Return policy.
