Returns
I’m trying to return an item for refund. I chose Royal Mail and generated a QR code. Took the parcel to the post office, only to be told it’s too big, so would have to return via Evri. Now, can I change this via the returns section somehow ( can’t find anywhere how to do this ) or do I have to cancel the return and start again?

Mentor10 months agoIf you close a return then that's it, you can't re-open it, so certainly don't do that.
You'll need to sent it back via Evri by buying a label direct from them, and contact eBay and ask them to add the tracking number to the return details if you're unable to do so.
