I have returned an item that was faulty, Ive got a tracking number as I sent it via Royal Mail 24hr, signed for.
My question is, how do I alter the eBay page saying that I still need to post it?

·11 months agoIf there is not an option to add tracking to the case, you can get a callback from Ebay Customer Services and ask them to add tracking to the case.
Use the link below to get a callback. They seem to be very busy currently and the wait time shown might be optimistic.
