Return/refund for an item after return option has been marked closed
I bought light bulbs for my car which were delivered. While trying to return another item, I mistakenly clicked return on this bulbs, which I later cancelled and closed.
I fixed the bulbs to use during night and discovered the bulbs are way-too-low to be used at night. I have messaged the seller and he provided no solution, ignoring my messages as well. I can't facilitate return as I have previously closed one and the seller isn't willing to reopen the returns.
Any advice on How to return the items and get my refund?

Mentor9 months agoOnce a case is closed, you cannot open another for the same item with eBay.
Were the lights misdescribed, not fit for purpose, then you could try your payment provider now, for help with a refund.

·9 months agoYou only get one opportunity to open a return case through Ebay.
All you can do in this situation is contact Ebay Customer Services.
Explain what happened, as you have done here, and ask them if they could possibly open a return case for you.
They may refuse but it is worth a shot.
